The Sunday island team sessions have been changed to Onchan Hub, with amended times as follows:
Women: 4-5:15pm
Men: 5:15-6:30pm
Island team members please book in as normal.
Island Team Members, a reminder to please book in for the session tonight if you are attending.
Please book in the week before to allow Jennifer to plan for sessions.
We will be updating the system to close bookings the day before the session, meaning if you have not booked by the day before you will not be able to attend.

Hi all, due to the racing the 4-6pm women’s island team session has been cancelled. The 6-8pm men’s island team session will now be mixed games for men’s and women’s island team members.
Men’s and women’s island team sessions start 01/08 at the NSC at 8pm.
For the month of August sessions will be on Fridays from 8-10pm at the NSC and Sundays from 4-6pm (women) and 6-8pm (men) at the Roundhouse.
Updates on the other sessions will be released shortly.
